为了开发操作简单、钝化效果好的无铬钝化工艺,以钛酸四丁酯作为制备纳米二氧化钛的前驱体,并在此基础上添加含硫硅烷偶联剂双[y-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]-四硫化物(KH858),在镀锡板表面制得纳米钛合物复合有机硅烷转化膜.通过电化学、附着力、抗硫性、中性盐雾试验和原子力显微镜(AFM)等测试对比了空白镀锡板、纳米钛合物单相转化膜和纳米钛合物复合有机硅烷转化膜的性能.结果表明:加入硅烷偶联剂KH858后的纳米钛合物复合有机硅烷转化膜的性能相对于纳米钛合物单相转化膜和空白镀锡板的得到明显改善,耐蚀性明显增强,抗硫性测试几乎无硫斑产生,表面形貌变得致密、平滑,具有较好的工业实用价值.
