采用溶胀方法研究了地下工程喷膜防水的主要材料(丙烯酸盐聚合物)在地下水环境中的服役行为.通过对聚合物交联密度测试,考察了水以及不同浓度的氯化钠、硫酸钠、氢氧化钠等溶液中浸泡过程中溶胀度以及离子交联结构的损伤状况.试验结果表明,在5%NaCl、1%Na_2SO_4以上以及pH为13.5、14水环境介质中,丙烯酸盐聚合物的交联点间平均分子量M_c有较大幅度上升,扫描电镜已证实聚合物断面有明显被侵蚀的迹象.研究结果为地下工程喷膜防水材料应用范围提供了技术支持.
Swelling method is used for studying service of main membrane-spraying material (acrylate) in underground water media. By testing density of cross-linked polymer, we observed swelling degree and crosslinked structure injury of polymer with soaking in water, sodium chloride solution, sodium sulfate solution and sodium hydroxide solution which are in different concentration. The results indicate the average molecular weight M_c of acrylate polymer increases largely in 5% NaCl, 1% Na_2SO_4 solution and water media with pH 13.5, 14. Scanning electron microscope confirms erosion has taken place on cross section of polymer. This study provides technical support for using membrane-spraying material in underground engineering.
