准确测定化学镀铜液中还原剂乙醛酸含量至关重要.利用醛基与盐酸羟胺加成生成肟的特征反应,采用紫外分光光度法测定碱性化学镀铜溶液中乙醛酸的含量,研究了化学镀铜溶液中各组分、副产物及测定条件(pH值、温度、放置时间、盐酸羟胺用量)对测定结果的影响.结果表明:测试方法及最优条件为取镀液0.5 mL于50 mL比色管中,加入2 g/L盐酸羟胺3 mL,调整pH值至4,于50℃水浴中加热20 min,冷却后定容,以稀释100倍、pH值与待测液相同、不合还原剂的化学镀铜基础液为参比,入射波长为230 nm,室温下2h内测定吸光度;当镀铜溶液稀释液中乙醛酸浓度为0.025~ 0.060 g/L时,其浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=14.26x +0.020 4,线性相关系数r=0.998 2(n=5);测量的平均回收率达99.2%,平均标准差为0.135%.
