利用化学转化与热处理的方法在钢铁表面制备了一种防结蜡涂膜,在含蜡的油水环境中,涂膜表面几乎没有蜡晶的沉积粘附,钢铁表面经过这种处理之后表现出了很好的防结蜡效果。研究表明,水和液体石蜡对涂层膜的润湿性不同是防结蜡的重要因素,在水中,蜡在这种涂膜表面的接触角高达158°,表现出明显的亲水憎油特征,这使得涂膜在含水原油中优先吸附一层水膜,而这层水膜可以阻止含蜡油水相与钢铁表面的直接接触,从而抑制蜡晶的沉积与粘附。
