以CSP工艺生产的含硼[w(B)=(40~60)×10-6]和无硼的08Al冷轧基板为实验材料,经75%总压下量冷轧后进行再结晶退火。通过拉伸实验、SEM观察、X射线衍射和EBSD测试,对2种钢再结晶退火后的成形性能、力学性能、再结晶组织及织构进行了系统研究。结果表明,加入微合金元素硼,可使08Al钢的塑性应变比(r)、加工硬化指数(n)和伸长率均下降,而屈服强度和抗拉强度却比无硼钢高。ODF和EBSD分析结果表明,含硼钢中的γ纤维织构组分低于无硼钢,而旋转立方织构({001}<110>)和Goss织构({011}<100>)却明显高于无硼钢。
Bcontained (40-60×10-6) and Bfree 08Al hot strips which were produced by CSP process were used for experimental materials. The strips were cold rolled by 75% reduction and then the recrystallization annealing was adopted. The formability and mechanical properties, microstructure and texture of the two different kinds of specimens which were recrystallization annealed were prudently analyzed by simple tensile tests, SEM analysis, Xray diffraction (ODF analyses) and EBSD observation. The results showed that microalloying element B added to 08Al hot strips could make the rvalue, nvalue, and elongation reduce, however, the yield strength and tensile strength were increased compared with Bfree 08Al steel. Xray diffraction (ODF analysis) and electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) tests showed that the fraction of γfiber texture in B contained steel was lower than that of Bfree steel, nevertheless, the rotated cubic texture ({001}<110>) and Goss texture ({011}<100>) were much more than that of Bfree steel.
