以乙腈为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备单分散的苯乙烯/二乙烯基苯交联聚合物微球.用扫描电镜和激光粒度仪对微球的形态、粒径大小及分布进行表征.系统地研究了引发剂用量、单体总体积分数、单体配比及助溶剂等条件对微球形态、粒径大小及分布的影响.结果表明,当AIBN用量为单体总质量的2%,单体总体积分数为2%,单体配比为1:1(体积比)时,可制备出单分散的苯乙烯/二乙烯基苯交联聚合物微球.
