以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)与N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMA)为聚合单体,采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合与"点击"化学结合制备了两种温敏性三嵌段聚合物P(DMA32-b-NIPAM166-b-DMA32)(P(DND))和P(NIPAM65-b-DMA30-b-NIPAM53)(P(NDN)),三嵌段共聚物的分子量及其分布可控(Mw/Mn<1.25),最低临界相溶温度(LCST)分别为33℃和40℃.通过原子力显微镜研究了共聚物聚集形貌(云母片成膜),1.0 g/L的P(DND)共聚物分子在15℃倾向形成直径约20 nm~40 nm的球形胶束,随后发生多分子聚集,45℃球形胶束间聚并成直径较大的聚集体(400 nm~800 nm);P(NDN)共聚物在15℃以直径为160 nm~200 nm的球形胶束或环状胶束聚集,在45℃则形成直径为1μm~2μm的大聚集体.
