采用固相合成法制备CuAl1-xCrxO2陶瓷.通过XRD、XPS、电学阻抗谱和Hall效应等测试方法对陶瓷的物相结构、元素价态、电学性能等进行了研究.结果表明:所制备的样品的主要相组成是CuAlO2和Cu2O,同时,也有少量Cu2+存在.样品的电导率随Cr掺量的增加显示先增加(x=0～0.02)后减小(x=0.02 ～0.05)的趋势,其影响因素包括Cu离子价态和载流子迁移率.
