通过对导流管工况条件、破裂宏观特征、断口微观形 貌及断口腐蚀产物的综合分析,认为该导流管属腐蚀疲劳破坏,引起腐蚀疲劳的交变应力来自高温高速蒸汽冲击时产生的振动,断口上有腐蚀性元素,裂纹扩展区断口呈双重锯齿状,可以确认部件是在交变弯曲应力作用下发生的腐蚀疲劳破坏.
A systematical analysis on service environment,macro- and microscopic morphologies of failure surfaces and corrosion products on failure surfaces showed that the failure of a diversion tube inside a bellows was resulted from corrosion fatigue.The fatigue cyclic stresses came from the vibration due to the impact of high-speed steam.Aggressive elements were found on failure surfaces,and the morphologies of failure surfaces in crack propagation region were double sawtooth,which further confirmed the above conclusion.
