利用XRD、SEM技术考察了不同温度下煤焦的微观结构、形态特征和矿物质的物相变化,矢量网络分析仪测试煤焦的复介电常数和介电损耗.结果表明:温度升高促进煤焦结构有序性增强,制焦温度对介电常数和介电损耗有显著作用;矿物质高温时发生物相转变,导致其介电性能有较大变化.从电介质极化理论出发,详细阐述了热处理过程中煤焦的微观结构及矿物质的物相变化对其介电性能的作用机理.
