采用金属网笼法对静电雾化中雾滴群的空间电荷密度进行了实验测试,结果表明该方法可以大致了解雾化空间中雾滴群的局部带电情况。实验数据进一步表明,荷电雾滴的带电特性在不同空间位置处有极大的差异性,雾化轴心处的雾滴电荷密度最高,雾滴电荷密度沿径向方向逐渐减小。当施加电压增大时,不同空间位置处的雾滴电荷密度均有所提高,但电荷密度沿径向变化有所变缓,径向分布逐渐增宽。随着距毛细管距离增大,所有径向位置处的电荷密度均有不同程度降低。
The spatial charge density of droplets for an electrostatic spray process is measured using metal cage method. The experimental results show that the present method can generally understand the local charged characteristics of droplets. The experimental data further show that there is a noticeably difference in charged characteristics for droplets at different spatial positions. The charge density for droplets has a maximum value at the spray axis, and its value gradually decreases along radical direction. When the voltage applied on capillary increases, the charge densities of droplets at different spatial positions increase in varying degrees, but the change in charge density somewhat slows down along radical direction and the radical distribution becomes wider. The charge densities at all radical locations decrease with the distance from the capillary increasing.
