利用自制的模拟重力高速电镀槽,考察了在硫酸盐镀锌过程中,阴极电流密度、镀液流速、镀层厚度3个主要电镀工艺参数对所得锌层的粗糙度的影响.结果发现:镀层的粗糙度随电流密度(30~70 A/dm2)的增加呈现先下降后增加的趋势,随镀液流速(0.8~2.0 m/s)的增加而单调下降,随镀层厚度(20~90g/m2)的增加而单调增加.在对这些数据进行分析的基础上,讨论了这3组数据之间的关系,解释了其对粗糙度影响的原因.同时考察了这些参数对镀层微观形貌的影响,发现镀层的微观形貌也显著地受这些参数的影响.
