采用动态电导率的测量方法,研究了YB2Cu3O7-x陶瓷的氧扩散动力学过程,在500—850℃温度范围内,氧分压力96.87kPa下,实验求得氧扩散系数为:在680℃附近,出现D值的不连续性.
