采用自划算高温合成(SHS)铝热-重力分离技术,制备了陶资内衬复合钢管,分析了添加剂对其耐蚀性的影响。讨论了陶瓷层组织结构与其耐蚀性的关系。
Ceramic-lined pipes have been produced by using gravitational separation SHS pmess and the corrosion-resistance of the pipes and the effects of rnadditives have been analysed. It was found that corrosion-resistance of pipes was mainly related to crack density, amtent of metastable spinel phase in ceramic layer and relative density of the ceramics. Additives of SiQ and CIQ had duplex effects on corrosion-resistance of the pipes respectively.
