采用表面引发原子转移自由基聚合法(SI-ATRP),将磺铵两性离子聚合物(PDMMSA)构建在尼龙膜表面.采用WCA、AFM、ATR-FTIR对改性前后尼龙膜进行表征,结果显示,两性离子聚合物已成功地接枝在尼龙膜表面,改性后尼龙膜的表面润湿性比改性前得到了很好的改善.采用蛋白质吸附、血小板粘附实验评价改性前后尼龙膜抗凝血性能的变化,结果表明,即使改性时间只有20min的尼龙膜都具有优异的抗凝血性能.
