结合我国烧结脱硫的现状和某钢厂实际情况,采用密相干塔烟气脱硫技术(DFAFGD)对2台分别为52 m2和68 m2的烧结机进行烟气脱硫系统设计。讨论了烧结烟气的工况与密相塔脱硫的工艺及特点,通过中试,研究了影响脱硫率的主要因素,确定了优化参数,验证了密相塔搅拌器的作用。目前该系统已进入试运行阶段。
Based on desulphurization of sintering flue gas in China and the conditions at a steel mill, the dense flow absorbers for sintering flue gas desulphurization (DFAFGD) were designed for two sintering machines of 52 m2 and 68 m2. The parameters of sintering flue gas and the characteristics of DFAFGD were discussed and the main factors affecting desulphurization efficiency were analyzed.By pilot experiment, the optimized parameters were obtained.
