提出一种确定连续冷却条件下亚共析钢相变临界温度的新方法。传统方法基于对膨胀曲线的分析,根据膨胀曲线上的“拐折”确定I临界温度;新方法基于对相变动力学曲线的分析,根据相变过程中新相形核和长大情况的变化引起Avrami方程指数的变化确定临界温度。此外,利用新方法还可分析出先共析转变不同阶段的临界温度。
A new method of obtaining the critical temperature between different transitions in hypoeutectoid steel during continuous cooling was proposed. The conventional method was based on analyzing dilatornetric curve, i. e. , the critical temperature was obtained according to the stagger on the dilatometric curve. The new method was established on analyzing transition dynamic curve, i. e. , the critical temperature was obtained according to the change of Avrami function exponent induced by the change of the new phase~ s nucleating and growing process. Furthermore, the critical temperatures between the different stages of the self-same transition could be obtained by using the new method.
