本文利用自行研发的一种强吸水性涂料制成厚度为0.05 mm的抑霜涂层,对涂层的持续亲水性和重复抑霜性能进行了测试.结果表明,该涂层经过20次的干湿循环之后仍然具有较强的吸水能力;在相对环境湿度为53%、壁温-10.5℃条件下的实验表明,该涂层的重复性抑霜效果良好.

A new paint absorbing a large amount of water was developed for restraining frost formation.Hydrophilic surface was made using this paint with coating thickness about 0.05 mm.A series of experiments were carried out to test its durative hydrophilicity and cycling anti-frosting performance.Experimental results showed that the hydrophilic surface has strong water-absorption capacity.It shows good cycling anti-frosting performance under the condition of relative air humidity of 53% and cold plate temperature of -10.5℃.
