针对酒钢CSP生产中碳钢Q235B过程中铸坯表面出现的中心纵向裂纹缺陷,通过理论研究、实验分析和技术攻关措施,分析了中心纵向裂纹分布特点、形貌特点和产生机理,研究了钢中夹杂、钢水硫含量、结晶器锥度、结晶器保护渣和铸机工况参数等因素对中心纵向裂纹的影响,通过调节控制各主要参数,使Q235B纵裂纹发生率由2.89%降低到0.36%左右。

In order to avoid longitudinal surface crack in central area of CSP medium carbon Q235B steel in JISCO, the distribution, feature and mechanism of longitudinal surface crack were analyzed by theoretical research, experimental analysis and technical measures. The effect of factors such as inclusions in steel, S content in molten steel, mould taper, mould powder, caster condition and parameters on longitudinal serface crack was researched. Main factors were regulated and controlled, so that the longitudinal surface crack rate of Q235B steel has been decreased from 2.89% to 0.36%.
