研究了φ16 mm的X-5钛合金棒材在不同热处理条件下的显微组织和力学性能.结果表明:采用800℃ ×60 min/AC和850℃ ×10 min/AC进行固溶处理,φ16 mm的X-5钛合金棒材可以获得较好的显微组织和室温力学性能;在800℃ ×60 min/AC+500℃ ×8 h/AC的固溶加时效制度下,φ16 mm的X-5钛合金棒材可以获得最好的强化效果,且塑性也能满足设计需要;不同的固溶冷却方式则对φ16 mm的X-5钛合金棒材的室温力学性能影响不大.

The microstructures and mechanical properties of X-5 titanium alloy bar with φ16 mm in diameter treated with different heat treatments were studied. The results show that the microstructures and mechanical properties of X-5 titanium alloy bar with φ16 mm in diameter treated by solution at 800 ℃ × 60 min/AC and 850 ℃ × 10 min/AC are better. X-5 titanium alloy bar with 800 ℃ × 60 min/AC +500 ℃ × 8 h/AC solution and aging treatment can get the best strengthening effect,and the ductility can meet the design needs. The cooling method of solution treatment has little effect on the mechanical properties of X-5 titanium alloy bar with φ16 mm in diameter at room temperature.
