采用试验方法研究了加热温度对P92钢中δ-铁素体含量的影响。试验结果表明,在900~1200℃温度范围内,随着加热温度的升高,δ-铁素体含量先减少后增多,呈U型变化,在1050℃附近δ-铁素体含量最少。采用Thermo-Calc热力学软件计算得到了P92钢的准平衡态相图,并对上述热过程进行了相计算,计算数据与试验结果吻合。随着钢中铁素体形成元素含量增多,P92钢的准平衡态相图的奥氏体区缩小,铁素体区扩大,但处于单相奥氏体区内最低碳含量对应的温度值均在1050℃附近。准平衡态相图能够较好地解释δ-铁素体含量随温度变化的规律。
The effect of processing temperature on δ-ferrite amount in P92 steel was experimentally investigated.Results show that the amount of δ-ferrite decreases firstly and then increases after approaching its lower peak around 1 050 ℃,within the temperature scope from 900 ℃ to 1 200 ℃.With the help of the Thermo-Calc software,the pseudo-equilibrium phase diagrams of P92 steel were calculated.Its prediction on δ-ferrite evolution agrees well with aforementioned measurement.These pseudo-equilibrium phase diagrams can reasonably explain the experimental results.
