利用热力学计算软件Thermo-Calc,计算了00Ni14Cr3Mo3Ti马氏体时效钢750-1050℃固溶温度下析出相的变化,并根据计算结果、相分析和固溶态SEM组织优化了固溶处理工艺。试验结果表明:固溶温度低于850℃时有未溶解的Laves相,900℃完全溶解;未溶的Laves相降低了钢固溶、时效态的冲击韧性;固溶温度为900℃时,时效后钢的强韧性配比最佳。

The precipitated phases of 00Ni14Cr3Mo3Ti maraging steel at solution temperature750-1050℃were studied by Thermo-Calc software. Based on the calculated results、phase analysis and SEM morphologies of the steel ,the solution treatment has been optimized. The test results show that: there are undissolved Laves phase below 850℃solution temperature, the Laves phase has been dissolved at 900℃; The undissolved Laves phase deteriorates impact toughness of steel at solution and aging treatment; The best combination of strength and toughness of maraging steel can be obtained at 900℃ solution treatment.
