采用固相合成法制备了(Ba0.7Sr0.3)4.8(Sm1-βLaβ)8.8Ti18O54(β=0.1~0.5)系列微波介质陶瓷,并对其进行了物相组成、显微结构分析和微波介电性能测试.结果表明:当β≤0.4时,(Ba0.7Sr0.3)4.8(Sm1-βLaβ)8.8Ti18O54陶瓷为单相柱状的类钙钛矿钨青铜结构固溶体;当β>0.4时,陶瓷内出现第二相BaTi6O13;随着La3+含量的增加,陶瓷的介电常数εr和谐振频率温度系数τf单调上升,品质因数Qf线性减小;当β=0.4时陶瓷的微波介电性能最佳,εr=100.23,Qf=5110 GHz,τf=19.3×10-6/℃,其εr值远高于Ba6-3xSm8+2xTi18O54陶瓷的,且谐振频率温度系数近似为零.
