采用溶剂热法将含有异氰酸根官能团的单体3-异丙烯基-α,α'-二甲基苄基-异氰酸酯(TMI)接枝到聚丙烯(PP)上,利用红外光谱(FI-IR)、动态流变和差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了TMI、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和苯乙烯(St)用量对PP接枝率、流变性能和熔融与结晶行为的影响.结果表明,TMI单体成功接枝到PP链上;St能有效提高TMI的接枝率和抑制PP的降解;PP接枝率随TMI、St用量的增加先增大后减小,随DCP用量的增加先增大而后趋于稳定.随TMI、St用量的增加,PP黏度不断增大,而DCP用量的增加则会降低PP的黏度.改性后PP相比于纯PP结晶温度有所升高,熔融温度有所降低.
