采用丝网印刷方法制备钡铁氧体永磁厚膜,研究了热压烧结对钡铁氧体厚膜性能的影响.XRD结果表明,在常压烧结和热压烧结的样品中均有明显的BaFe12O19衍射峰.与常压烧结相比,热压烧结的样品表面孔洞明显减少,致密性得到了很大的提高.并且热压烧结的样品磁性能也有明显的提高,其剩磁比可达0.71,矫顽力达到304.1kA/m,而常压烧结样品剩磁比和矫顽力仅为0.51和278.8kA/m.
