采用断口分析、化学检验、金相检查和力学测试等方法对断裂螺栓进行分析。结果表明，螺栓金相组织不正常，力学性能达不到8.8级的要求是导致了螺栓断裂的主要原因。
Fracture analysis、chemical composition、microstructure examination and mechanical capability were conducted to clarify reason for fracture bolt. The results show that: the metallic structures of bolt were abnormal, mechanical properties can’t meet the requirement of grade 8.8 were the main reasons for fracture bolt.
