介绍了焦炭混装技术的国内外应用现状,焦炭混装比率和焦炭粒度对料层透气性和烧结矿还原性的影响,以及提高焦炭混装比易出现的问题.综述了提高焦炭混装比时保持炉子顺行的技术,包括优化混装的小块焦粒度以免小块焦进入死料柱、通过上下部调剂避免死料柱透气和透液性恶化的技术,以及改进偏析控制的布料技术.
