摘 要:为改善水平连铸圆管坯的内部质量,自主开发了二冷段加凝固末端电磁搅拌技术,对比分析同等生产条件下铸坯低倍组织结果表明,经过电磁搅拌的铸坯中心等轴晶率明显提高,中间裂纹、中心疏松、中心裂纹等缺陷级别明显降低。将这一新技术应用到其他机组,对电磁搅拌参数优化后,进一步提高了铸坯中心等轴晶率,为开发高合金元素含量钢种奠定了基础。
Abstract:For the improvement horizontal continuous casting round billet's internal quality, developed S+F-EMS technology independently, under the contrastive analysis same level working condition casts the semifinished product macrostructure result to indicate that cast the semifinished product center equiaxed crystal distinct enhancement after the electromagnetism agitation, the middle crack, the center porosity, flaw ranks and so on central crack reduced obviously. Applies other units this new technology, after electromagnetism agitation parameter optimization, further enhanced has cast the semifinished product center equiaxed grain rate, to develop the high alloying element content aluminum to lay the foundation.
