采用宏观检验、化学分析、金相分析等方法,分析了J55钢ERW焊管拉伸和压扁试验中焊缝处断裂原因,结果表明:焊缝中夹杂物是引起开裂的主要原因,夹杂物是由焊接工艺不当,高温氧化物未挤出所致。通过对剪边和焊接工艺的调整,拉伸和压扁合格率大幅提高。
By means of macroscopic inspection, chemical analysis and metallographic analysis, the causes for weld cracking in the experiments of ERW welded pipe stretching and flattening of Steel J55 were analyzed. The results show that: Cracking is caused by the weld inclusions. Inclusions are due to improper welding process, high temper- ature generated oxides without extrusion. And through the cut edge and welding process adjustment, the weld ten- sile and flattening test pass rate have been increased substantially.
