设计了一种新型结构的高分子——聚亚胺醚酮(PIEK),其分子主链中包含了聚亚胺酮(PIK)和聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的分子片段。首先对所设计的PIEK进行分子动力学模拟研究,模拟结果显示,PIEK在理论上具有较高的Tg(Tg〉200℃)。在理论的指导下,文中以含有醚键的芳香二胺和二溴化芳香酮为单体,通过钯催化的C—N交叉偶联反应得到了两种目标聚合物PIEK-1和PIEK-2。对所合成的PIEK进行了差示扫描量热(DSC)测试。龇试结果表明,PIEK-1和PIEK-2的Tg分别为198℃和217℃,高于PEEK的Tg温度50℃以上。

A poly(imino ether ketone)(PIEK) with the molecular fragments of polyetherether ketone (PEEK) and poly(imino ketone) (PIK) in the molecular backbones is designed in this paper. Firstly, a molecular dynamics (MD) simulation study was performed for the PIEK. The results show that the PIEK has the high heat-resistance( Tg 〉 200℃). Under the guidance of scientific theories, two kinds of PIEKs (PIEK-1, PIEK-2), derived from aromatic diamines with ether link and aromatic dibromide ketone through the cross-coupling reaction in the presence of palladium catalyst were prepared. The thermal properties of these PIEKs were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that Tg of PIEK-1 and PIEK-2 is followed by 198 ℃ and 217 ℃ respectively, which are much higher than that of PEEK.
