本文利用红外热像仪测温系统,系统地对三种典型的航天用功率器件进行了测试和分析。研究结果对功率器件可靠性分析具有重要的作用。同时对功率器件进行了数值模拟,在定性方面可为器件的热设计提供改进方向和合理方案。
Thermal measurement and analysis of three typical power devices in theapplication of aviation are developed. The thermal measurement is carried outusing an infrared thermo-video system. The results play an important role inthe reliability analysis for the power devices. Numerical simulation, whichqualitatively provides results to improve the thermal analysis of the devices,is also presented.
