通过对两次因结晶器水质波动造成的连铸生产异常的分析，提出了结晶器水质硬度、pH值、水温、水位等一系列控制措施，措施实施后，连铸生产趋于稳定状态。
By analyzing twice exception in continuous cast process caused by mould soft water quality fluctuation, a series of measurements in the controlling of water hardness were put forward, such as PH value, temperature and water level which ensure a stable continuous cast production.
