选取碳酸钙、氧化钙及氧化镁作为添加剂,采用热重分析法及X射线衍射(XRD)分析对比了各添加剂对三氧化钼挥发的抑制效果。研究结果表明,碳酸钙和三氧化钼500℃开始反应,至三氧化钼开始挥发前二者反应已基本完成,且反应速率大于三氧化钼的挥发速率;碳酸钙、氧化钙和氧化镁均能有效抑制三氧化钼的挥发,500~700℃温度区间抑制效果较好,其中碳酸钙对氧化钼挥发的抑制效果优于氧化钙及氧化镁。
The volatilization of molybdenum trioxide and inhibitory effect of volatilization by using CaCO3,CaO and MgO as addition agents were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TG) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) respectively.Results confirm that reaction between calcium carbonate and molybdenum trioxide starts at 500 ℃ and finishes before the temperature of molybdenum trioxide subliming,while reaction rate is faster than sublimation rate.Volatilization of molybdenum trioxide was depressed effectively mixed with the chosen addition agents,and the better temperature range is 500-700 ℃.Inhibitory effect to the volatilization of molybdenum trioxide by using CaCO3 was better than CaO and MgO.
