根据Miedema二元合金生成热模型,结合相关热力学数据,对硅钙钡系中的各二元合金在1 873 K下的活度进行计算。结果表明,采用该模型对SiAl合金活度的计算结果与实测结果吻合较好;并对SiBa和AlBa合金熔体1 873 K下各组元的活度进行了计算,为含钡合金的成分设计和生产提供理论依据。
Based on the Miedema model for calculating the formation heat of binary alloy system, activity of each binary system in SiAlBa alloy system at 1873K was calculated combining the relative thermodynamics data. The results show that the activity calculation results of SiAl alloy are in good agreement with the experimental data using the Miedema model. The activity of SiBa and AlBa binary system are also calculated to provide the theory for the alloy design and production of barium bearing alloys.
