利用固相反应烧结合成了ZnO-NiO系热敏陶瓷材料.利用XRD、SEM、霍尔测量仪等测试手段,研究了陶瓷材料的微观形貌及相组成,测试了它们的电性能.发现在1350℃烧结2h,可以获得比较致密的ZnO-NiO系热敏陶瓷,其主晶相为NiO相,未生成其它杂相.其敏感常数B>4000K,电阻温度系数为-14×10-3/K,是1种较好的负温度系数热敏材料.
