针对当前常用的防除垢效果评价方法不能实时在线地评价换热器防除垢效果这一难题,本文提出了.一种基于传热系数法和威尔逊图解法,并结合BP网络计算超声波应用于换热器中的防除垢效果评价的新指标防除垢效果评价系数及其修正,该修正方法以各种工况下换热器经除垢前后的冷热流体的出入口温度差以及除垢前和未结垢时的冷流体流量和除垢时间作为输入,以与变工况具有相同除垢效果的额定工况参数为输出。通过实例验证,修正后的防除垢效果评价系数不仅可以实现实时在线评价换热器的除垢效果,并且评价结果更为准确。
To counter the problem that the major descaling effect evaluation method in the today can not evaluate descaling effect of heat exchanger at actual time. It is proposed in this paper descaling effect evaluation coefficient and its correction that is a new method of evaluating ultrasonic descaling effect for heat exchanger based on heat transfer coefficient method, Wilson graphical method and combined with BP neural networks. This method takes temperature difference of cold fluid and thermal fluid in tube-side inlet and outlet of heat exchanger in various conditions before descaling and that parameters after descaling, the flow of cold fluid before descaling and the flow of cold fluid in clean heat transfer, the descaling time as input of BP neural networks,and take parameter in rated condition of which itrasonic descaling effect is same as various condition as output of BP neural networks. With example test, descaling effect evaluation coefficient as amended can not only bring about online evaluating heat transfer descaling effect at actual time, but also its evaluation result is more effective.
