介绍了海南国际会展中心钢结构所处的腐蚀环境--C5-M,论述了钢材结构形式对其防腐蚀设计的影响.根据ISO12944:2007标准和ISO 2808:1997标准,设计了4种防腐蚀涂层配套方案,即室内、外钢结构防腐涂层体系和有防火功能的室内、外钢结构防腐蚀涂层体系.介绍了涂装技术条件,工艺流程和漆膜质量评定方法.
A corrosion environment of C5-M for the Hainan Intemational Conference and Exhibition Center was introduced, and the influence of the format of steel structure on the design of corrosion protection was discussed. Four kinds of matched projects for corrosion protection coating system including the corrosion protection systems with or without fireproofing function for inside and outdoor steel structure were designed according to the standards of ISO 12944:2007 and ISO 2808:1997. The technical conditions, process flows and film quality assessment for coating were described.
