在氩气氛围下,以氧气为反应气,用VS机制热蒸发锌粉,在硅衬底上成功地制备出了球状的ZnO纳米线,整个过程没有任何催发剂参与;用扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射等分别对其形貌、结构及其成份进行了表征;并就影响球状ZnO纳米线的因素进行了分析.
