本文提出了一种在扫描电镜中应用体视学原理定量研究金属脆性断口的方法.利用这种方法,图象上的小晶面的晶向、成分及两点间距都可以测定.
A new quantitative method for the determination of fractures of metals underSEM is described using the stereoscopic principle.It is suitable for detecting theorientation of facets,their components and the real distance between two pointson the pattern.
