探讨了以无机物为原料,采用共沉淀法制备纳米掺锑氧化锡(ATO)粉体材料时,沉淀后处理对粉体性能的影响.研究采用3种方式对沉淀进行洗涤:(a)沉淀在饼状下直接水洗;(b)沉淀在分散状态下水洗;(c)沉淀在(b)洗涤后再醇洗等.粉体的透射电镜(TEM)结果表明:采用(c)洗涤的分散性最好.在沉淀中添加了几种表面活性剂以制备分散性良好的粉体.TEM结果表明:非离子型表面活性剂聚乙二醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30制得的粉体为单分散性状态,而离子型表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠和油酸钠不能使粉体良好分散.X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明粉体的晶粒尺寸随煅烧温度的升高而增大.温度应高于310℃,Sb取代Sn的掺杂才可能进行.
