以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、新戊二醇(NPG)、二乙醇胺(DEOA)为原料合成了含扩链剂的端羟基超支化聚氨酯(HPU-OH),并用异氰酸酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯的半加成产物(IPDI-HEA)对其改性制备超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(HPUA).利用傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、热重分析仪和差示扫描量热仪对其结构和热性能进行了表征.红外光谱和核磁共振测试表明HEA成功接入HPU-OH中,得到超支化结构的HPUA;热重分析显示HPU-OH和HPUA均有3个热分解温度段,分解历程相近;差示扫描量热分析表明HPUA玻璃化转变温度(Tg)低于HPU-OH.将HPUA添加到普通的环氧丙烯酸酯中光固化成膜,涂膜测试表明,添加10%的HPUA的光固化树脂,其固化膜铅笔硬度从B提高到2H,摆杆硬度从0.59提高到0.76,附着力从2级提高到0级.
