研究了由快速凝固粉烧结制备的p型Fe0.925Mn0.075Si2-0.17%(质量分数)Cu样品的热电性能随温度的变化.X射线衍射分析表明,快速凝固粉由α相和ε相组成.烧结样品800℃退火21h后,完全转变为β半导体相.烧结时间对β-Fe-Si2合金的热电性能有较大的影响,烧结时间越长,Seebeck系数和电阻率越小.
