合成了一种新型的含邻苯二甲腈基团的二胺4-(2,4-二氨基苯氧基)邻苯二甲腈(CNDA),将它与苯甲酰氯和间苯二甲酰氯反应,分别合成了溶解性能良好的酰胺模型化合物(b-CNPA)和酰胺聚合物(m-CNPA),并分别在265℃和275℃对它们进行热固化反应。热重分析(TGA),差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和红外光谱(FT-IR)对固化前后的b-CNPA和m-CNPA进行了对比研究,发现一定条件下的热处理可以实现侧链氰基的固化交联,热固化后的b-CNPA和m-CNPA的热分解温度和残炭率升高,在375℃没有玻璃化转变温度出现,热稳定性和耐热性能提高,且热固化后的b-CNPA和m-CNPA溶解性能下降明显,耐溶剂性能得到一定改善。
4-(2,4-diaminophenoxy)phthalonitrile(CNDA) was synthesized and reacted with benzoyl chloride and m-phthaloyl chloride respectively,to get model compound(b-CNPA) and aromatic polyamide(m-CNPA),which have phthalonitrile on their pendant groups.The structures of them were verified by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(NMR) and their thermal behaviors were studied by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and FT-IR.The results show that the nitrile cure reactions can be realized around the glass transition temperature or melting points for an extended period of time,and the crosslink structures got in the nitrile cure reactions contribute to the thermal and solvent resistance properties enhancement.After curing,the decomposition temperature and char yields of b-CNPA and m-CNPA both increase,Tgs is not observed below 375 ℃,and solvent resistance properties are improved to some degree.
