Using heterogeneous ultrasonic method,it prepared cellulose-PANI electric composite materials. Its structure and electric properties were characterized by FT-IR,SEM and TG as well as SDY-4.The middle of secondary cell wall (S2) exposed with rough surface after the procedures of removing by part of primary cell wall (P) and outer space of secondary cell wall (S1) from the surface of cellulose which was treated by ultrasonic.Aniline monomer uniform attaches to its surface and polymerizes of PANI particle further. The thermal stability and the conductivity of composite materials have improved correspondingly.
