宏发炼钢厂180 t转炉及相关炼钢设备，在已运行的2个炉役中，复吹技术由于其底吹供气元件寿命低等问题，一直没有很好发挥功能。通过对底吹系统及工艺的改造优化，1、2号炉已经过3个多月的运行，获得了良好的复吹效果。沙钢宏发炼钢厂1、2号转炉的复吹技术优化改造使沙钢的复吹技术应用达到国内先进水平。

In the last two campaigns of Hongfa steelmaking plant No.1 and No.2 180 t converters，the bottom blowing equipment did not work well because of low bottom lance life. Through technical revamping of combined blowing system, the bottom blowing effect of No.1 and No.2 converters was improved obviously reaching domestic advanced level.
