以CSP工艺生产的含硼[w(B)=(40~60)×10-6]和无硼的08Al冷轧基板为实验材料,经75%总压下量冷轧后进行再结晶退火.通过拉伸实验、SEM观察、X射线衍射和EBSD测试,对2种钢再结晶退火后的成形性能、力学性能、再结晶组织及织构进行了系统研究.结果表明,加入微合金元素硼,可使08Al钢的塑性应变比(r)、加工硬化指数(n)和伸长率均下降,而屈服强度和抗拉强度却比无硼钢高.ODF和EBSD分析结果表明,含硼钢中的γ纤维织构组分低于无硼钢,而旋转立方织构({001}<110>)和Goss织构({011}<100>)却明显高于无硼钢.
