采用原位聚合反应制备了P(BA-VAc)/1631-MMT复合乳液,研究了1631-MMT用量对乳液和共聚胶膜性能的影响.通过重量法、万能材料试验机以及热重分析法探讨了1631-MMT对共聚胶膜耐水性能、力学性能以及热性能的影响.结果表明,1631-MMT用量小于1.0%(质量分数)时,共聚乳液的化学稳定性能以及机械稳定性能良好;1631-MMT用量为0.5%(质量分数)时共聚胶膜具有最佳耐水性能;共聚胶膜拉伸强度随1631-MMT用量的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势.热性能测试结果显示,1631-MMT可能参与了P(BA-VAc)大分子的热降解.
