在氧化铟锡(ITO)导电玻璃上制备了TiO2和Pt-TiO2膜,并利用扫描隧道谱(STS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术对空气气氛中Pt与TiO2间的强相互作用进行了研究. STS研究发现, 673 K空气气氛中处理后,Pt-TiO2/ITO表面出现两类新的隧道电流-偏压曲线,TiO2的费米能级从导带边移向价带边, 表明Pt和TiO2间发生了强相互作用. XPS结果证明,焙烧后Pt原子热扩散到TiO2晶格中并取代Ti原子形成可提供h+的缺陷,从而引起了STS谱的变化.
