氢吸附在金属表面和进入基体晶格会影响其性能,目前对氢的渗透特性研究不够.采用电化学氢渗透技术和计算机曲线拟合方法得到了氢在工业纯铁箔片中的有效扩散系数,并利用氢在工业纯铁箔片中的扩散系数与在Zn-Ni-Cd合金镀样中的扩散系数相差几个数量级的特点,求得了氢在Zn-Ni-Cd合金镀层中的扩散系数为2.111 4×10-10 cm2/s,表观溶解度为6.398 5×10-4 mol/cm3,为后续的Zn-Ni-Cd阻氢镀层特性研究提供了重要依据.
