介绍了济钢炼铁厂根据钢铁市场形势和内部生产条件,利用富裕的烧结产能生产酸性烧结矿对高炉炉料结构进行优化。从实践情况看酸性烧结矿质量和冶金性能满足高炉生产需要,高炉使用后,虽然入炉品位降低,渣量升高,但高炉主要经济技术指标明显改善,高炉平均利用系数提高0.095t/(m3.d),焦比降低21kg/t,燃料比降低19kg/t,取得了良好的经济效益。
In this paper,the measures of burden structure optimization were introduced at iron plant of Ji'nan Iron and Steel Group,according to market situation and internal production conditions,and the effect of sintering and BF smelting was evaluated.The redundant sintering capacity was effectively utilized by producing acidic sinter.The production practice showed that the acid sinter quality and the metallurgical properties could meet the need of iron production.Using the optimized burden structure,the total Fe in charging was decreased and the slag volume was increased,whereas the economic and technical indexes of BF were improved.The average utilization coefficient increased by 0.095 t/(m3·d) and fuel ratio reduced by 19 kg/t.The economic benefits were achieved by means of the measures.
